• Photobooths: When guests (including minors) enter an email or phone number into a photobooth, that information is used strictly to send the photo link. We do not use this contact info for marketing. While we provide the gallery to the event host, the host is responsible for how they choose to share that gallery link.

• Third Parties: We are not responsible for photos or data shared by guests or hosts on social media or Google Reviews.

• Teen Interaction: Teens (13+) may contact us via our website or social media. We treat their data with the same care as adults and will delete it upon the teen or parent’s request subject to any legal or insurance requirements.
