You can book a party Pack one of two ways:

1. On our website by adding individual activities and add-ons to your cart, then submitting a request for you pack once you have everything you want added.

2. Contacting a PartyGo Packs Coordinator by email or phone to help you select activities and customize your Party Pack.

Yes! When selecting activities for your party pack you can choose custom options, upgrades, or fun add-ons to make sure you have everything you need.

The rental duration varies based on the activity you choose. When selecting your activity, you can pick the duration that best fits your event.

If you don’t see an option that works for you please contact us and we can work with you to get everything just right.

We provide services to Southern Vancouver Island (Greater Victoria to Duncan). If you’re unsure if we deliver to your location, please contact us.

We may be able to accommodate other locations depending on availability, however a delivery fee may be required depending on the distance outside of our normal operating zone.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total rental cost.

Each package includes everything you need for the activity, including equipment, setup instructions, and any necessary accessories.

We deliver the equipment to your location and provide easy-to-follow setup instructions. For certain packs, we also offer setup and facilitator services.

Yes, cancellations and rescheduling are possible, but they are subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our policy or contact us for more details.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates, to ensure availability. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

We currently do not offer full event planning services or hosts. 

We do have Coordinators to help you put together an awesome Party Pack and facilitators available to run some of the activities. Please inquire for more details.

Yes, we offer discounts for large orders or multiple rentals. The discounts are built right into our online reservation requests.  Contact us if you have any questions.

If any equipment is damaged during your rental, please notify us immediately. Depending on the situation, there may be repair or replacement fees.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable on the wet coast. If your event is affected by bad weather, please contact us to discuss rescheduling or other options. 

If road conditions are unsafe we will reschedule your reservation based on availability or look at other options.
